- The Fort Pierce painters sold door-to-door along A1A for decades, which is exactly why they still come out of Delray houses. Unsigned boards are routinely misidentified — we authenticate before estimating.

Photographs and a sentence about the situation are enough to start. We will tell you what is worth selling at auction, what is not, and what it is likely to bring — before anyone commits to anything.
If there is a deadline — a closing, a clearance, a probate date — say so and we will work to it.

Before you call
- We have to clear the house by a closing date. How fast can you move?
- Tell us the date when you call. A walk-through appraisal is usually scheduled within a few days, and pickup is arranged around your closing rather than our catalogue schedule.
- What happens to the things that are not worth auctioning?
- We say so, and we point you to donation and clearance options for the rest. Being straight about what will not sell is what lets us do well with what will.
- Do you buy outright, or only sell on consignment?
- Primarily consignment, because it almost always returns more to the family. Where a deadline makes that impractical we will discuss a direct purchase for part of the estate.
